ZAC SCREWS VS STANDARD SCREWS
ZAC screws come with a umbrella Hex cap head, which keeps the washer protected from the elements. Because of this, ZAC screws come with a lifetime warranty and do not need replacing. Standard screws have exposed washers which break down and need replacing every 7-10 years.
ALL screws should be inspected every 2 years for backing out and tighten them as needed.
