Standard & Custom Metal Trim
We manufacture 16 standard metal trim pieces on-site in Plant City, FL daily and will make any custom trim you need as long as you can draw it out for us.
Our standard trim is made out of 26GA Galvalume or Painted material.
Custom trim is typically done in 26GA Galvalume or Painted sheet metal, however, we can also do custom trim in 24GA Galvalume & Polar White and 20GA, 18GA, or 16GA Galvanized metal.

We are happy to make any custom trim you need. Our only condition is that you must draw it out for us with degrees of bends and measurements. If we try to draw something out based off a phone conversation, we WILL get it wrong...you know that old "telephone game"! If you have an example of the piece you can bring to us, that is even better!
All custom trim is made out of 26GA Grade50 sheet metal in Galvalume or Painted material, unless specified. We can also make custom trim in 24GA Galvalume or Polar White and 20GA, 18GA, and 16GA Galvanized metal.

HEMMS VS UNHEMMED
Hem on trim is just like a hem on you clothing. The sheared edge of the trim is tucked under and folded tightly. This allows a smoother edge that will not be exposed to the elements and potentially rust down the road. We do not charge extra for hems and your trim is considered "the jewelry of your roof package" so treat yourself to the best!
THE DIFFERENCE HEMS CAN MAKE
An example of a Ridge Cap without hems and after with hems. The hems provide more structure to the edge which can prevent the metal from rippling when installed and keep the exposed shear edge tucked under so it doesn't rust over time. We do not charge extra for hems so why not get the best!
